As a Pavaso-certified and NNA-member loan signing agent with E&O insurance, we specialize in accurately handling real estate transactions—including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and seller packages—with care and precision.
In addition to loan signings, we offer notarization for powers of attorney, wills, trusts, affidavits, contracts, and other essential documents. We also proudly offer free civil wedding officiations, providing a simple, meaningful way to celebrate your union.

At Northwest Notary On The Go, we believe in straightforward pricing with no surprises. Here’s what you can expect:
📍 $30 Flat Rate for appointments within 20 miles of Hemlock, Oregon — includes one notarization.
➕ $10 for each additional notarization.
🚗 Travel Beyond 20 Miles is just $1 per additional mile (calculated one-way).
✅ You’ll receive a total price quote before your appointment is scheduled.
📌 Note: We do not currently offer walk-in or on-site notary services at our location.
📍 Free Travel Option: No travel fee for signings held at our designated meeting spot: Bear Creek Artichokes – 19175 US-101, Cloverdale, OR 97112.
💍 Free Wedding Officiation: No charge for civil wedding ceremonies! We’ll marry you on the spot with no hidden fees (handfastings available upon request).
