General Notary Services

    • General Notarization – $10
      Covers one notarized signature on a single document.
    • Additional Signer (Same Document) – $5
      Each additional signer on the same document.
    • Bulk Notarizations (10+ Documents) – $75
      Discounted rate for 10 or more documents notarized during one visit.
    • Unlimited Notarizations (Per Hour) – $100
      Unlimited notarizations at one location for up to 60 minutes. Perfect for law firms or large document sets.

Real Estate & Loan Signings

  • Loan Modifications – $85
    Full service for loan mod document signings.
  • Refinance / HELOC Signings – $100
    Includes ID check, full signing, and document return.
  • Buyer/Seller Package – $125
    Real estate signing including printing, scanbacks (if needed), and secure drop-off.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • RON Appointment – $25
    Legally compliant online notarization via secure video platform.
  • RON Additional Document – $10
    Each additional document in the same RON session.
  • RON Additional Signer – $5
    Each additional signer added to the same remote session.


Add-On Services

  • One Witness (Coordination & Appearance) – $35
    We provide and coordinate one neutral witness for your document. Subject to availability.
  • On-Site Office Visit – $50
    Mobile notary service to your office or place of business.
  • Print Fee – $10
    Covers document printing.
  • Scanbacks – $15
    Scanned and emailed return of signed documents.

Travel Fees

  • Up to 15 miles (one way) – $20
    Flat travel fee for mobile appointments within 15 miles one way of Hemlock, OR.
  • Each Additional Mile (one way) – $2.00
    Beyond 15 miles, $2 per mile one way is added.
